This is a letter of recommendation for Donette and Eric Plaisance of Plaisance Home Improvement. We began work on the initial design of our children’s bathroom in May of 2016. Donette Plaisance came to our home and not only took the necessary measurements but offered a variety of ways to make the bathroom most efficient in space and design for our three children. Once she had an idea of our style and wants for the bathroom, she designed the bathroom and then spent an extended amount of time with me reviewing, adjusting, and answering general design questions.
We chose Eric Plaisance to be the installer for the project because we had seen his work and knew it was high quality. Once the install began, we knew we had chosen well. The first day of the project, he arrived at our home at 7:00 am so that I could still get to work on time. We gave him our house key for the following days of our project. Each afternoon my children raced upstairs to see what was new or had changed in the bathroom. And each afternoon, I was thrilled by the work and by the cleanliness of the work area. A few years ago our kitchen was renovated and I had prepared myself for the mess that a home renovation creates. This was the exact opposite, I cannot speak highly enough of the craftsmanship and cleanliness.
Additionally, we had continuous contact with both Donette and Eric during the project. Both to update us and to make sure we were happy and comfortable with how the project was progressing. It was a very easy and pleasant experience and we are truly thrilled with how our bathroom turned out.
