I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience this year dealing with Plaisance Home Improvement.

My situation was possibly a little unique since my home was damaged in January when an automobile ran into my kitchen.  At that time I was injured and found myself unable to make decision in the normal way.  This was the third kitchen I had remodeled in five years and truthfully was the easiest.  Donette was the designer who guided me through the process.

Due to the total disaster which once was my kitchen, Eric had to pretty much start from scratch.  He had to rip out the walls, floor and rebuild the supports to the second floor.  I was unable to live in the home at that time and found Eric and his crew to be meticulous and one of my greatest blessings in 2016.  Donette kept me informed by e-mail and phone calls and was able to ensure the project run smoothly and match up the designs with my preferences.  I have to admit twice I tried to second-guess myself since this remodel went so much smoother than the one when I moved into my home four years ago.  Donette was more than patient with me Eric and his crew could not have been more careful if there were working on their own properties.  Eric was given the key to my home when I signed the contract and I am sure the expedited the project since I was living in a hotel and was not able to drive.  I am delighted with the finished project and my only regret is that I did not ask them to also redo my main bathroom when I signed the contract for the kitchen remodel.  Perhaps in the future, but for now I am just happy to once again be living in my home.
