In 2016 we decided to undertake a complete renovation of one of the bathrooms in our home. After much research and many calls and visits to design and home centers we found Donette Plaisance and Plaisance Home Improvement. We were completely happy with all of the work that was done and can recommend them without hesitation.
Like many homeowners, we were concerned about having strangers in our house, particularly with two skittish cats. We also wondered if the work would be completed in the timeline expected. In fact, the team was fully respectful of our home, pets and our schedule.
One small example of the quality of the work. During the project, we needed some extra wood to shore up the cabinetry. Although not visible in the bathroom, Eric used a piece of mahogany at no additional cost to us. While it will never be seen, knowing it’s there makes us trust in the project overall.
We believe the price we paid was appropriate for the project. We were so satisfied that we plan to use Plaisance Home Improvement for our kitchen renovation project in 2017 or 2018.
